What’s new in AlbumTeller 2.1
A faster way to add text, room for a second monitor, and a referral programme.
Add text in one step
In free mode, press T or the text button, then click on the sheet to place a text box, or drag to set its width. Start typing straight away.
Use a second monitor
The photos list in the manual editor and the chapters list in the automatic editor can open in their own window. Use Open in a separate window, and Return to the editor window to bring it back.
Empty chapters, wherever you want
In the automatic editor, hover the gap between two chapters and click the add-chapter icon to insert an empty chapter. Fill it later by dropping or importing photos.
Refer & Earn
Your profile now has a Refer & Earn card with your referral code, your invite link, the credit you have earned and the friends you have referred. The programme terms are one click away, in your language.
Open client selections directly
When a client submits a selection in Galleries, the Galleries link opens it straight in the AlbumTeller desktop app.
Improvements and fixes
- Faster startup: system fonts load in the background.
- The editor keeps working after an operation fails.
- Free-mode pages are protected in the automatic editor, with a Free mode badge.
- Undo in the automatic editor restores deleted photos, pages and styles.
- You stay signed in when the server is briefly unreachable.
